What is Active Listening Therapy?
Active listening is a pattern of skills used to create an honest, empathetic conversation in a positive way. Practised by many industries including the Emergency Services and Mental Health Professionals, the overall aim is to feel heard, valued and understood thus allowing for a successful outlet and an increased sense of wellbeing.
What are the benefits from active listening therapy?
Active listening is a complementary therapy that can be beneficial with improving one’s mind and thoughts, alleviating difficulties with stresses and confusion in various aspects of life.  Talking to one of our experienced listeners can lead to improvements in areas such as relationships, work stresses and social activities.
